Future uploads:
We may allow document uploads for training purposes. We do not request or process health-related (HIPAA-protected) information.

- Provide and improve our Services (training programs, resources, and support).
- Process transactions and manage billing (via Stripe).
- Send newsletters, promotions, or updates you opt into.
- Personalize your experience and support account functionality.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from Anywhere Aero — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on an inquiry or sign-up form — the following terms apply to that program ("Anywhere Aero SMS").
Information we collect via SMS opt-in:
- Mobile phone number
- Name
- Date and time of consent (consent timestamp)
- The web page or form where consent was given
How we use SMS data:
We use your phone number to send and receive two-way conversational messages related to your flight training inquiry. This includes responding to questions about our programs (multi-engine, ATP, MEI, time building), scheduling appointments and discovery flights, and sending program updates relevant to your inquiry. We do not use your number for unrelated marketing.
No sharing with third parties:
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opting out and getting help:
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and we will stop sending you text messages. Retention of SMS data:
Phone numbers, consent records, and message history are retained for as long as your inquiry is active and for up to 24 months afterward to document compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements. If you reply STOP, we retain your number on a suppression list so we do not message you again. You may request deletion of your SMS data by emailing jon@anywhereaero.com.

5. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including Google Analytics and Meta Ads) to improve performance, analyze trends, and personalize marketing. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work properly.

We store information on secure servers (AWS) and take reasonable measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you may request access to or deletion of your personal information. We honor these rights whether or not you are a paying client.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our Services are designed for U.S. residents. If you access them from outside the U.S., you understand your data will be transferred and processed in the U.S.
