SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by Anywhere ATP LLC, doing business as Anywhere Aero, Anywhere A&P, and JB Aeronautics(“we,” “us,” or “the School”). By opting in on any of our forms, you agree to these terms.
Program description
When you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Anywhere Aero about your inquiry, your courses, scheduling, and related account or customer-service updates.
Consent is optional
Opting in to text messages is not a condition of purchase or of enrolling in any program. You can submit any form without checking the SMS box, and you can opt out at any time (see below).
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Message & data rates
Msg & data rates may apply. Message and data rates are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
How to opt out — reply STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop sending you SMS messages. You may also contact us at main@anywhereaero.com to be removed.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice, and message delivery is subject to carrier availability.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
